Ivan Timofeevich Korogodin

Background

Ivan was born on June 13, 1930 in Lozovoe, Verkhnemamonsky district of the Central Black Earth region, Russian Federation.

Education

He graduated from the Pavlovsky Agricultural Technical School of the Voronezh Region (1950), Faculty of Economics of the Voronezh Agricultural Institute (1961, in absentia).

Career

In 1954-1955 he was the instructor of the Pavlovsky District Committee of the All-Union Lenin Communist Youth Union, in 1955-1962 of the Voronezh Regional Committee of the All-Union Lenin Communist Youth Union. In 1962-1976 he was the head of the department of the Voronezh Regional Committee of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers. Since 1968 he has been a lecturer, associate professor, professor, head of the department of political economy (general economic theory) of Voronezh State University.

Achievements

• He has authored about 200 works, including books: “Quality of Labor: Political Economic Research” (Voronezh, 1980), “Quality of Labor: Content, Growth Problems” (Voronezh, 1990).
