1902-1903 revol work among sailors of Black Sea Fleet. Chairman, Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Naval Committee and chief Naval Committee. May 1904 arrested for revol work.
Escaped from Sebastopol Prison and went abroad. Continued Party Work in Switzerland and France. 1905 returned to Russia and did Party work in Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don.
