Senator to the Buenos Aires legislature, 1894. Professor in the University of Louisiana Plata.

1905; dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of Buenos Aires, 1906.

President-founder of the National Department of Labor, 1907. President of the Supreme Court of Justice of Buenos Aires. Member of the Federal Court of Appeal.

Dean of the Faculty of Juridical and Social Sciences of Louisiana Plata, 1912.

Attorney general of Argentina, 1917. At one time Minister of the Interior.
