Chairman of Exchange
Commander of Decimal Association, and author of several publications on the metric weights and measures. M.Inst.M.E.; Inventor of the Dowson gas producing apparatus, and first to apply producer gas to working of gas engines. Many thousands of horse-power are now working with what is generally known as Dowson gas.
