After graduating from Tokyo University (1921) continued the study of law to become a recognized authority on penal law and jurisprudence.
Career
Kameji Kimura was professor at Hosei University (1930) and then of Tohoku University (1936). Also instructor at his alma mater and professor at Niigata University. He was a professor at Tokyo University and their chief librarian and member of Council of Science.
