Background

Chang, Liuwen was born on June 6, 1961 in Peng-Hwu, Taiwan. Son of Neng-Chi and Chou-Shu-Chen Chang.

Doctor of Philosophy, Nichigan State University, East Lansing, 1993.

Career

Engineer China Steel Corporation, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, 1993—1994, associate scientist, 1994—2005. Associate professor National Sun Yat-Sen University, since 2005. Second lieutenant Military Police, 1986-1988, Taipei.
