Louise graduated from Brighton College of Art with National Diploma in design in 1961 and from Birmingham University with Art Teachers Diploma in 1964. She also graduated from Queensland University with Bachelor's degree in 1990.
Career
Louise has conducted creative-writing workshops at Brisbane TAFE, Wordiest, BCC Writers-in-Library Project, and Western Writers’ Weekend. She was a guest speaker at Somerset College Festival of Literature, Warana Writers’ Week, “Out of the Box,” and FAW Queensland. She also served as a literary competition judge for Suncoip, Society of Women Writers, and others. Louise was a manuscript assessor for Queensland Writers’ Centre.
