Lyubov Fedorovna studied at the Choreographer Department of the Maikop House of Folk Art (1968-1970, teacher N.V. Ignatenko), also at the Conducting and Choral Department of the Maikop Music School (1971-1972).
She graduated from the Conducting and Choral Department of the Voronezh Music College (1977, teacher N.K. Massalitinova), from the Conducting and Choral faculty of the Moscow State Institute of Culture (1982, teacher E. Bogdanov), also, Creative Workshop of variety art at Lenconcert (1989, teacher M.Е. Bakkerkin).
Lyubov Fedorovna Kontsova was an artistic Director of the vocal amateur ensembles of the Russian song "The Swan" (since 1995) and "Lyubava" (since 2000).
