In 1900 Icambe Masao graduated from Tokyo University.
Career
After the graduation Masao Kambe became first assistant and then professor at Kyoto University (1907). Conferred a doctorate (1908). He was dean of Kansei University (1937) and Mayor of Kyoto (1947).
