Mikhai lMikhailovich Morozov was born on February 18, 1897 in Moscow City, Russian Federation.
From the 1930s Mikhai lMikhailovich began studying the works of William Shakespeare. Author of the translation of the plays "Windsor Mockers" (with S.Ya. Marshak), "Two Veronians" and others. He is the author of the Hamilton and Othello translations. In 1937-1947 he headed the offices of Shakespeare and the foreign theater of the All-Russian Theatrical Society, he conducted consulting work with the theaters of the country. Repeatedly been in Voronezh. He consulted the plays of William Shakespeare's Hamlet (1940), Romeo and Juliet (1947), read public lectures, interviewed actors from the Voronezh Drama Theater, wrote reviews for the Kommuna newspaper. Lecturer (since 1935 professor) at the Moscow State University and the State Institute of Theatrical Art named after A.V. Lunacharsky.
