Mikhail Grigorievich graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Voronezh State University (1972).

Career

Since 1973, Mikhail Grigorievich was a lecturer, associate professor, professor of the theory and history of state and law of the Voronezh State University. He was a member of the Presidium of the Voronezh Regional Council of People's Deputies (1989-1993).
