Mikhail Ivanovich Morozov graduated from Children's music school at the Leningrad conservatory (1962, the teacher V.G. Shipulin), conducting and choral faculty (1969, a class of professor E.P. Kudryavtsev, the Leningrad conservatory (now Saint Petersburg Conservatory)), symphonic conducting faculty (1983, a class of professor V.A. Fyodotov, the Leningrad conservatory (now Saint Petersburg Conservatory)).
Career
Mikhail Ivanovich was a lecturer at the Department of Choral Conducting at the Musical Pedagogical Institute (1969-1977, Rostov-na-Donu). At the same time choirmaster of the military ensemble of song and dance of the Don military district. He was a senior lecturerof the Department of Choral Conducting, Voronezh State Institute of Arts (now Voronezh State Academy of Arts) (since 1977). Chief choirmaster and assistant conductor (since 1983 conductor) of the Voronezh Opera and Ballet Theater.
