In 1951, Mamonov graduated from the Voronezh regional communist party school.

Career

In 1928-1941, Mamonov Mitrofan Mamonovich served in Komsomol. He also participated in the Great Patriotic War. In 1946-1949, he served in party and public offices in Budyonnovsk district . In 1951-1962, he was the 1st Secretary of the Vorobyevsk Regional Committee of the CPSU, party organizer of the Voronezh Regional Committee of the CPSU during 1962-1965.He was the delegate of the 23rd (1966), 24th (1971), and 25th (1976) Congresses of the CPSU. In 1965-1983, he was the 1st Secretary of the Ostrogozhsk Regional Committee of the CPSU.

Achievements

Mamonov ended the Great Patriotic War as a commander of the battalion, the major. Awarded the Order of the Patriotic War of the 1st class, the Order of the Red Star, and the Medal "For Courage".

Under his leadership Ostrogozhsk district achieved high performance in agricultural production.
