Appointed chief of Labor Section of Tokyo and Social Education Section of Tokyo Municipal Government, mayor of Miyazaki City (1924), chief of Yodobashi Ward Office, Tokyo, director of Mobilization Department, Kowankyoku (Port & Harbor Bureau) and Economic Bureau of Tokyo Municipal Government, Civil Governor of the Japanese Army in Rangoon, Burma (1942) and president of Tokyo Suisambutsu Tosei Kaisha (Tokyo Marine Products Control Company) (1946) and thereafter became director of Administrative Bureau of Zenkoku Chijikai (National Gubernatorial Society).
