Mamin Mukhammetsha completed training courses for teachers in Penza, then graduated from Eastern Pedagogical Institute in 1933. He also completed postgraduate studies at Kazan State Pedagogical Institute (1936).
Was a school teacher from 1924 to 1930, a professor at Kazan State Pedagogical Institute (since 1936). Participated in the Great Patriotic War. He was injured during battles outside Voronezh, died at the evacuation hospital.
