Nadezhda Pavlovna Polpaeva (nee Sevrina) was born on September 06, 1955, in Moscow, Russian Federation. She comes from a military family. In 1959, her family moved to Voronezh.

Education

In 1977, Nadezhda Pavlovna Polpaeva graduated from the Faculty of History of the Voronezh State University. In 1996, she became an associate professor. In 2009, Nadezhda Pavlovna received a doctorate in Politics and became a doctor of political sciences.

Career

From 1977 to 1978, Nadezhda Pavlovna Polpaeva was an assistant of the Department of CPSU History at the Kursk Polytechnic Institute. From 1978 to 1979, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant of a sociological laboratory of Voronezh State University. From 1979 to 1983, Nadezhda Pavlovna was a professor of the Department of Scientific Communism of Voronezh State University. From 1986 to 1990, she was a senior professor in the theory of socialism and sociology of Voronezh State University. From 1994 to 2003, Nadezhda Pavlovna was an assistant professor in the sociology and political science department of Voronezh State University. In 2003, she became an associate professor of the Department of Sociology and Theory of Social Work of the Voronezh Branch of the Russian State Social University.

Nadezhda Pavlovna is the author of more than 120 works, including such books as "The Phenomenon of Political Consciousness: Interpretations, Features, and Transformation Trends in Modern Russian Society" (Voronezh, 2005), "Political Consciousness: Essence, Pluralization, Factor of Reforming Russian Society" (Voronezh, 2008).

Membership

Nadezhda Pavlovna Polpaeva is the vice-chairman of the regional interdepartmental commission for the advancement of women. She is a permanent member of local radio programs about the problems of the women's movement.
