Since 1981, she worked as a teacher in Voronezh Regional Cultural and Educational school (Bobrov city). At the same time, Nadezhda Anatolievna Lizneva was the head of drama class at the Youth Centre, vocational secondary school , a teacher in children’s artistic class.
Nadezhda Anatolievna Lizneva have been the head of Bobrov folk theater (since 1985), that is the winner of multiple regional competitions as of International festival of amateur theaters of the South of Russia. (1986, Rostov na Donu).
