In 2009 - defended her doctoral thesis on "Internal Labor Markets: methodology and modalities of regulation in the Republic of Belarus". To point out, that she undergone trainee job in such university as University of Vienna and Moscow School of Economics.
While working in the universities Natal has developed its own courses on such subjects as "Labor Economics," "Human Resource Management", "Labor market."
