Natalia Grigorievna Kornienko graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the Voronezh State University (1969).
Natalia Grigorievna Kornienko was a teacher of Russian language and literature in high school (Voronezh, 1969-1973). Since 1974 he worked as an assistant, lecturer, senior lecturer, docent of the Russian Literature Department (later, 20th century Russian literature and foreign literature) of the Voronezh State Pedagogical Institute (now Voronezh State Pedagogical University).
She worked as a head of the department of theory and methodology of philological education of the Voronezh Regional Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of Educators since 2001. Her research interests include the history of Russian literature of the 1st third of the 19th century, as well as the turn of the 20th - 21st centuries, the literary life of the Voronezh Region.
Natalia Grigorievna is the author of about 150 scientific works, including several books published in Voronezh: "The Magic Lantern of Memories" (1996, 2000, 2003), "Old and New Topics in Literature through the Eyes of Perestroika" (1998), "Regional Studies in Literature Lessons" (2001 ), "Essays on literary local history" (2008), "Literary Voronezh" (2009) and others.
