Nicolay Dmitrievich Mizko was an official person of the Ekaterinoslav provincial government (1845-1847), editor of the local provincial newspapers. He published in the magazines "Repertoire and Pantheon", "Notes of the Fatherland", "Magazine of the Ministry of Education", "Bibliographic notes" and others.
