Niichird Kishi graduated from Pharmacological Department of Tokyo University (1919) and then studied at Postgraduate Department of the same university.
Niichird Kishi became assistant at his alma mater (1920). He entered South Manchurian Railway (1927). Niichird made official tour of Europe and America (1928). He served as director of Research Institute at Bujun (Fu-shun) Coal Mine, Manchuria, expert adviser of Standards Analysis Bureau of Manchoukuo Government and then became director of Medicine Production Planning Department of Manchuria (1943). Repatriated from Dairen (1947) and then was appointed to the above-mentioned posts. Holds additional posts of councilor of Japan Pharmacological Society and manager of Chemical Department of Nihon Gijutsushi-kai (Japan Technicians Society).
