Nikolai Nikitovich graduated from the Kharkov military medical school (1940).
Achievements

Kravtsov was posthumously Awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union for exemplary performance of combat missions of the command at the front of the struggle against the Nazi invaders and the courage and heroism.
In his memory a monument on his grave was erected. And the street in Belgorod has the name of Kravtsov.
