In 1905 NikolayAndreevich graduated from the Samara City School, Baron Shtiglitz Central Technical Drawing School in St. Petersburg.
NikolayAndreevich was a teacher of the Voronezh Free Drawing School (1909-1910). At the same time, he teached drawing in the I.P. Miroshnikov Private School and E.N. von Engel Female Gymnasium. In 1914 he also teached at women's teacher training courses of the Voronezh provincial zemstvo.
