Osamu Kitamoto appointed instructor (1944), then assistant professor (1953) and finally professor (1951) at Tokyo University. Osamu has done much work on internal medicine, tuberculosis and chemotherapy. He used to be professor of Tokyo University and head of Hospital Attached to Institute for Research of Contagious Diseases.
