Successively with R&V Ordnance Company, Moline, Illinois, 1918, Hamilton Beach Company, Racine, 1919-1922, Bud Company, Philadelphia, 1923-1926, Clayborn Process Corporation, Milwaukee, 1926-1928.

Formed New Products Corporation, Chicago, 1930 (merged with Fawick Corporation 1959), then director research and development, 1959-1960. Founder Bay Products Development Company, 1961. Formed Med-E-Jet Corporation, 1967, director, to 1979.

Inventor automatic transmission, final drive, controls for helicopters, inoculator gun medicine, saw sharpening machine, four-color flatbed printing press, numerous others. Crusader automobile safety.
