Gerzonrece earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley, as well as his Master of Arts degree from the Antioch University.

Career

Gerzon has been a Boston-area psychotherapist, life coach and a popular speaker who has been interviewed on radio and TV programs including "Oprah."

He published his groundbreaking book, "Finding Serenity in the Age of Anxiety", in 1997. In the book he draws upon a diverse background in holistic medicine, psychology, philosophy and spirituality. The book addresses a problem that, according to Gerzon, afflicts approximately forty-five million Americans.

Gerzon and his wife Christine speak and write about using today's "age of anxiety" as a stimulus to planetary evolution and the creation of a Human Earth where all people can reach their full potential. They have written a new book called "Human Earth Awakening." It is myth, adventure, history, love story and a consciousness-changing experience.

Additionally, he is regarded as a developer and conductor of the Mastering Anxiety program for Harvard Community Health Plan.

Achievements

  • Gerzon is a finalist of the 1988 Self-Improvement Book Awards in the nomination the best first book, for his writing Finding Serenity in an Age of Anxiety.
