Satoo Koma graduated from the Law Department of Tokyo University (1939) and entered Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Enlisted in the army (1939) and released (1945).
Career
Satoo Koma appointed chief of the Export Inspection Section of the Ministry (1948), chief of the Supply Section of the National Police Reserve Headquarters (1950), chief of the Automobile Section of the Heavy Industry of Ministry of International Trade and Industry (1952), and chief of the Export Section of the same Ministry (1953). Then, appointed chief of the Fifth Section of the Economic Bureau of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
