Since 1992 Akinshin has worked as an engineer of supply service, engineer of purchasing group of “Stavropolenergo” subsidiary Open Joint-stock company. From 1994 till 2001 hYuriy Alekseevich has worked as an economist at “Sobol” Closed Joint-stock company, Deputy Director of Legal Affairs of “Sobol” Closed Joint-stock company, Deputy Director of Legal Affairs of “Sobol” limited liability company. Since January 2002 he has worked as a director of “Skin Hyde Import” limited liability company. Since April 2002 Yuriy Akinshin has held the position of Chief Specialist, working as State Registrar of rights to immovable property and transactions with it, also acting as an Officer-in-Charge of Pyatigorsk branch of the Registration Chamber of the Stavropol region. Since 2003 he has worked as a head of Pyatigorsk branch, acting as a State Registrar of rights to immovable property and transactions with it of the Institution of Justice for the State registration of immovable property rights and transactions with it on the territory of Stavropol region. Since 2004 Akinshin has worked as the Deputy Head; since 2008 Yuriy Alekseevich has held the position of the Acting Head of Department of Federal Registration Service in Stavropol region – the Chief State Registrar of Stavropol territory (approved in December 2008). On the tenth of July, 2009 he was appointed Deputy Head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography – Deputy Chief State Registrar of the Russian Federation.
