Sergey Dmitrievich Denisenko is a Deputy Director of the Federal Registration Service - Deputy Chief State Registrar of the Russian Federation, State Councilor of the Russian Federation of the 2nd Class (the thirteenth of December, 2007).

Background

Sergey Dmitrievich was born on November, 4, 1959 in the family of servants in Alekseyevka, Belgorod Region, Russian Federation.

Education

He received his education at the Kharkiv Radio Engineering Technical School. In 1985 he finished the Law Faculty of Voronezh State University and in 1992 he got education at the Military Institute of the Ministry of Defense of the USSR, specializing in economics and international affairs.

Career

In 1978-80 he served in the USSR armed force. In 1985 he was sent to serve in the KGB (Committee for State Security) of the USSR in Voronezh Region. In 1989 he was transferred to the External Intelligence Service, in 1992 - to the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. Since December, 2004 he held the position of the head of the department of the Federal Registration Service (FRS) in Voronezh region. Since the second of February, 2007 he worked as the head of the FRS ( Federal Registration Service) in Moscow. On the twelfth of September, 2007 he was appointed Deputy Director of the Federal Registration Service - Deputy Chief State Registrar of the Russian Federation.
