Galina graduated from the All-Union Correspondence Institute of Law (1988).
Since 1988, Galina worked at the Central Apparatus of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation as an inspector, consultant, specialist, chief specialist, deputy chief, department head, head of the Department of Civil Legislation. Since Dec. 2004, she was deputy director of the Department of Legal Regulation, Analysis and Control of the Activity of the Federal Services of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
Since Aug. 2008, Galina was deputy head of the Federal Registration Service - deputy chief state registrar of the Russian Federation. In Dec. 2008, she was appointed deputy head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography - deputy chief State Registrar of the Russian Federation.
