Sergey Fedorovich graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Voronezh Polytechnic Institute (now Voronezh State Technical University) in 1976.
Sergey Fedorovich worked at the Research Institute of Electromechanics in Voronezh from 1976 to 1979. He worked as a lecturer, head of a cycle special disciplines at the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from 1979 to 2002. He became an associate professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Pedagogical Psychology at Voronezh State University in 2002. In 2004, he became the head of the Department of Psychology at Voronezh State University.
There are about 50 works in his account including book "Lecturer’s Pedagogical Technique of the Educational Institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" (published in Voronezh in 1995). He was the author of story "Cold Case" (published in the 6th issue of Sovetskaya militsiya newspaper in 1991) and verses "Zheglov, Sharapov and K°" (published in the first issue in 2001). He also participated in collective compilation "The Heat of Erupted poetry" (published in Voronezh in 1999).
