Shinzo Okada graduated from Kyoto University.
Career
In 1930 Shinzo Okada was appointed assistant professor of Kyoto University and professor of the Engineering Department (1940). He was Dean of the Engineering Department, Kyoto University. Toured Germany, England and USA (1937). In 1940 he received his Eng.D. He is the author of "Outline of Industrial Chemistry."
