He graduated from the electric enginecnng section Tokyo University in 1915.
Career
He was appointed assistant professor at the university. He became professor in 1925. He endeavored to establish the Second Engineering Department of the Tokyo University and became its dean.
Membership
Shoji Seto was a member of the Aeronautical Research Institute. He was also a member of the Physico-Chemical Research Institute.
