Sotaro Watanabe graduated from Kyoto University (1922).

Career

Sotaro Watanabe became professor of Law Department of Kyoto university (1931). Received degree (1935); became professor of Law and Literature Department of Okayama University (1950); later transferred to Ehime University becoming professor of Liberal Arts and Science Department there (1955); also teaches as lecturer at Kansai University. Works include "Outline of Japanese Constitution" and "Outline of the Administrative Law of Japan."
