In 1920 graduated from Tohoku University.
Career
After graduating from Tohoku University Tario Kikuta entered the service of Hitachi Manufacturing Company and rose to become managing director (1948) and then chief of the company's Central Research Institute (1951). He was conferred a doctorate, Sc.D. (1926).
Membership
Tario Kikuta was elected member of Japan Science Council (1953).
