Graduated from Agriculture Department, Tokyo University (1917). Went to Europe and the United States for study (1922).
Career
Teizo Niwa served in the Imperial Household Ministry. He became professor at the Mie Higher Agriculture and Forestry School, then assistant professor at his alma mater and its professor of garden architecture and horticulture (1932).
