Career
Toshiji Yoshitsugu became nonregular staff member of Railway Ministry (1929); successively became chief of Business Section of Aomori Transportation Office, administrative official of Railway Ministry (1934), secretary of Railway Ministry, chief of General Supply Section of Government Supply Bureau, secretary of Cabinet Planning Board, chief of General Affairs Section of Supply Bureau of General Railway Bureau manager of Price Council, director of Moji Railway Bureau and thereafter was арроinted director of Supply Bureau Japan National Railway (1948).
