In 1963 Valentina Breusenko graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Altai State Medical Institution named after Leninski Komsomol. Studied at clinical residency and received postgraduate education in the Moscow Regional Research Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology (1969 - 1974).
Valentina Grigorievna Breusenko worked as an obstetrician-gynecologist in Kluchevsk region of the Altai Territory (1963-1964) and in maternity clinic of Golitsino village in Odintsovsky district of the Moscow region.
In 1974 Valentina Grigorievna was elected on competitive basis as a Junior Researcher of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Pediatrics Faculty. In 1977 she was a Senior Researcher and later was promoted to the post of Assistant Professor. Since 1990 she has been a Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Pediatrics Faculty.
Valentina Grigorievna is responsible for clinical care in gynecology at the clinical site of the chair and training of medical residents and postgraduate students.
Valentina Grigorievna Breusenko is an expert of the Board of Directors of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) of the Russian Federation, member of the editorial board of "Russian Bulletin of obstetrician-gynecologist" magazine.
