Valeria Allenova was born on the 7th of September, 1954 in Voronezh.

Education

Graduated from the Faculty of History of Voronezh State University (1977).

Career

Employee of the Zonal Scientific Library of the Voronezh State University (1977-1979). Laboratory assistant of the Department of Historiography and Source Studies (1979-1989). Teacher (since 1989), Associate Professor (since 1998) of the Department of the History of Soviet Society (now the Department of Contemporary National History and Historiography), Deputy Dean for Research study at the Faculty of History of Voronezh State University (2004-2005). At the same time - scientific secretary of the Museum-diorama (since 2007). Participated in the work on the Tambov Encyclopedia (2004).
