Vitaliy Sezin graduated from Moscow State Institute of Culture (now Moscow State Art and Cultural University) (1982).
Career
Vitaliy Sezin organizer and artistic head of the vocal ensemble "Rechenka" of the Devitsky House of Culture of Semiluksky district (since 1979), a participant in many regional and All-Russian festivals, laureate of all-Union art exhibitions amateur performances (1985, 1987), winner of a television contest "Comrade Song" (1979). He is the author of the folk songs "Dry, Wither", "Little Ring", "Week" and many others. Vitaliy Sezi n initiator of the opening of the Children's Music School in the village Devitsa of the Semiluksky district, in which he works as a director (since 1991 ). Chairman of the Department of the All-Russian Musical Society of Semiluksky district (since 1983).
