Vitaliy Sezin organizer and artistic head of the vocal ensemble "Rechenka" of the Devitsky House of Culture of Semiluksky district (since 1979), a participant in many regional and All-Russian festivals, laureate of all-Union art exhibitions amateur performances (1985, 1987), winner of a television contest "Comrade Song" (1979). He is the author of the folk songs "Dry, Wither", "Little Ring", "Week" and many others.
