Education

Vladimir Alekseevich graduated from the Voronezh College of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 1949 and from the Moscow State University of Printing Arts in 1959.

Career

Vladimir Alekseevich was a participant in regional, zone, all-Russian and all-Union exhibitions since 1950. He worked as a teacher at Voronezh Art school since 1978.

Vladimir Alekseevich worked in the area of original and printed graphics (in pencil and pen drawing, water-color, pastel, etching, wood print, lino print, lithography). The author of lino print series: "Voronezh" (1962-1964), "Skazki russkih pisateley" ("Fairy-tales of Russian writers") (1965), "Otchiy kray" ("Home state"), "Vremena goda" ("Seasons") (1985). For the Central Chernozem (Black Earth) book publisher made illustrations for the books written by P.P. Ershov "Konek-gorbunok" ("The Little Humpbacked horse") (1969), A.V. Koltsov "Hutorok" ("Small Humlet") (1981), I.S. Nikitin "Yarko zvezd mertsaniye" ("The bright twinkle of the stars") (1983), I.A. Bunin "Rodnik" ("The Spring") (1985) and others.

Vladimir Presniakov's works are presented in the State Russian Museum and in Voronezh Regional Art Museum named after I.N. Kramskoy .
