Gulevskaya Yulia Vladimirovna (neé Demidova) was born on June 29, 1959 in Nizhny Tagil, Sverdlovsk region.
She graduated from the art and pedagogical department of the Kharkov Art College (1979), the Faculty of Interior Design and Equipment of the Kharkov Art and Industrial Institute (1985).
Since 1985 has been participating in regional, zonal, all-Russian, all-Union, international exhibitions. Since 1985 has been working as a teacher at Voronezh Children's Art School, since 1996 – at Voronezh Art School. In 1987, in Moscow she became a laureate. In 1990, in Warsaw, and in 1994, in Brno, she acted as a diplomate of international poster competitions.
