Vladislav Pavlovich began his creative activity in the Sverdlovsk Opera and Ballet Theater (head of the Enka Modern Dance Ensemble). Then he worked as a ballet master of the Voronezh Opera and Ballet Theater (1971-1972), where he performed a number of dance performances in opera performances and operettas, among which is the "Merry Widow" by Franz Legar. In 1973-2006, he was a chief choreographer of the Sverdlovsk (since 1991, Yekaterinburg) Theater of Musical Comedy. He performed dance performances in dozens of performances.
