Vladislav Pavlovich began his creative activity in the Sverdlovsk Opera and Ballet Theater (head of the Enka Modern Dance Ensemble). Then he worked as a ballet master of the Voronezh Opera and Ballet Theater (1971-1972), where he performed a number of dance performances in opera performances and operettas, among which is the "Merry Widow" by Franz Legar. In 1973-2006, he was a chief choreographer of the Sverdlovsk (since 1991, Yekaterinburg) Theater of Musical Comedy. He performed dance performances in dozens of performances. Also he was the creator of the children's vocal and choreographic studio at the theater (1990).
