Vsevolod Irineevich Miropolsky was born in 1839 in Semeika village, Voronezh oblast, Russian Federation in a family of a priest.
Vsevolod Irineevich was a teacher at the Moscow Military High School (since 1865), as well as Assistant Editor of the "Russkaya Mysl" magazine. In the early 1870s, he spent several years in Western Europe and North America, where he received a doctorate in medicine. He expressed his impressions in essays in the journal "Vestnik Evropy". Factory Inspector of the Voronezh District (mid-1870s - 1888), Warsaw District (since 1888).
Together with A.Kh. Sabinin founded and published the journal "Medicinskaya Beseda" (1887) in the city of Voronezh. Worked in "Russkaya Beseda", "Narodnaya Shkola", "Sem’ja i Shkola" magazines, the newspaper "Russkiye Vedomosti", "Voronezhsky Telegraph".
