In 1944-1946 he worked as the artist of variety theatre in Voronezh Regional Philharmonia. Since 1946 Wolf was the artist of Voronezh Drama Theatre. Among his roles are the following: Yepikhodov ("The Cherry Orchard" by Anton Pavlovich Chekhov), Artemyev, Kartasov ("The Living Corpse", "Anna Karenina" by Lev Nikolayevich Tolstoy), Peter, Clown ("Romeo and Juliet", "Othello" by William Shakespeare), Tuchkov ("Years of Wandering" by Aleksei Nikolaevich Arbuzov), Korobkin ("The Government Inspector" by Nikolai Vasilievich Gogol), Golovastikov ("The Barbarians" by Maxim Gorky), Prince Nelsky ("The Gambler" by Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky), Geofford ("Theft" by Jack London), Kruglik ("The Drummer" by Afanasiy Dmitrievich Salynsky), Müller ("Seventeen Moments of Spring" by Julian Semyonovich Semenov) and others.
Glikin has for about 200 screen performances under his belt. He was engaged in directing, was an assistant of M.A. Gersht. In Voronezh Drama Theatre the following plays were put on stage: "Far Windows" by Vadim Nikolaevich Sobko (1968, together with V.I. Korzun), "Ivan and Marya" by Vladimir Alexandrovich Goldfeld (1969), "Alone With Everyone" by Alexander Isaakovich Gelman (1982) and others. He led various drama clubs, including the regional consumer union and the Kirov House of Culture.
