In 1926 Yoshiro Kikuchi graduated from Nihon University.
Career
After graduation Yoshiro Kikuchi became reporter of the Yomiuri Shimbun. Then appointed instructor of Nihon University and also of Kokushikan College. He elected to the Municipal Council of Tokyo, then to the House of Representatives four times. Former Parliamentary Vice-Minister for administrative management.
