The participant of city, regional, republican, all-Union exhibitions since 1958. Worked in the technique of original and printed graphics, mainly in the genre of the urban landscape. The author of a number of paintings of the late 1950s and 1960s. In 1979, the exhibition hall of the Union of Artists hosted a personal exhibition of works by Kaziner, which featured graphic works from the 1960-1970s series: Voronezh Military, Voronezh Sea under construction, My City, May, My contemporary. Presented at the Voronezh Regional Art Museum named after I.N. Kramskoy. Since 1989 lived in the city of Moscow.
