Anatoly Pavlovich graduated from secondary school № 2 of the settlement Prosyany and then continued his education in the Kharkov VAVUL named after S.I. Gritsevets and finished his education in the Academy of the General Staff of the Defense Ministry.
Activities before accounting in a cosmonautics order he worked as pilot instructor of the 812 training aviation regiment of Kharkov VVAUL the S.I. Gritsevets in 1977, and then from the 11th of August 1983 to september 1988 as a test pilot 1 and 2 test aircraft squadrons 1 control GCNII Air Force.
