Career
Artist of the Art Bureau of Nikolaev of the Ukrainian SSR (now Nikolaev, Mykolayivs'ka Oblast', Ukraine) (1965-1967), teacher of the Department of Drawing and Descriptive Geometry, Department of Technology of Sewing Production in Rostov (1972-1976). Since 1976 she has been a teacher of Voronezh Art School.
Participant of city thematic, regional, Republican, foreign exhibitions since 1972. Works in the field of easel painting and applied graphics. Author of some works dedicated to ballet, seascapes, still-lifes. Penkova illustrated and designed more than 50 books for the Central Chernozem Book Publishing House and Publishing House of Voronezh state University.
