In 1977, Natalya Borisovna graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the Voronezh State University.
Career
Natalya Borisovna was a teacher of the Russian language and literature in the Kursk region in 1977-1979, she was also the Head Librarian of the Voronezh Regional Universal Scientific Library named after I.S. Nikitin in 1979-1986, Research Associate 1986-1993. Since 1993, she was the Chief Archivist. Since 2005, Natalya Borisovna worked as the Director of the Ostrogozhsk Museum of Art and History after I.N. Kramskoy.
